1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sugar & Chrome website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service to anyone.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Invoices may be sent via email or SMS. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders below this threshold.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Discount Codes

• Discount codes are subject to expiration dates and usage limits.
• Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Sugar & Chrome or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
