How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49or more. Below that, it’s calculated at checkout from your address. Expedited shipping is a flat $9.99. Details on Shipping & Returns.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number on the Track Orderpage. It’s shown on the confirmation page after checkout.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return your order, no questions asked. Email support@sugarandchrome.com with your order number to start a return.
Do your sunglasses block UV?
Many of our styles have UV400-rated lenses. Where a style is UV400-rated, it says so in the product description. If you’re unsure about a particular pair, email us before you order.
Do you have sunglasses for kids?
Yes. Our Kids styles are sized for smaller faces. Our unisex styles are sized for adults.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just keeps your details for next time.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
