- Under $49, standard shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
- Expedited shipping is a flat $9.99 on any order.
- We currently ship within the United States.

Enter your order number on the Track Order page to see where your order is. Your order number is shown on the confirmation page after checkout.
Returns
Not the right pair? You have 30 days to send it back, no questions asked.
- Email support@sugarandchrome.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Once your return arrives, we refund you to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email support@sugarandchrome.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.
